SV-355-51-NCM

  • High energy density, high safety, excellent thermal management performance and other advantages.
  • The shell of the module is formed by extrusion of aluminum profile, which reduces the welding process of the conventional VDA355 module.
  • The module design adopts the way of glue filling, which reduces the conventional 355 module block and improves heat dissipation of the module.

DF-355-53-NCM

  • The Module shell adopts a barrel structure, and the cells are stacked and combined into the shell as a whole;
  • Module low voltage adopts FPC soft row/wiring harness collection, the temperature sensor (2PCS) is placed between the cells (FPC plan) or at the bus bar (wire harness plan), and the soft row is designed with FUSE;
  • The module battery cells are filled with polyurethane foam or the parallel connection uses polyurethane foam and the series connection uses insulation board, depending on customer requirements;
  • The module is filled with glue. The height of the bottom of the module is 2.5mm, and the height of the gap between the two sides and the cells is 12~15mm.

TW-1P8S-50-LFP

  • The module is compact cell-stack modules with built-in low leakage & intrinsic safety which target for ESS and Material Handling applications.
